Mezedes/Appetizers

Choice of Five Butler style passed hor'dourve

Tzatziki
Yogurt, Cucumber, Garlic and dill.

Skordalia 
Garlic potato spread with olive oil.

Spanakopita 
Baked phillo with feta and spinach

Dolmades
Stuffed grape leaves with rice and fresh herbs

Mini Kabobs :Grilled skewered chicken and vegetables fire roasted

Loukánika
A sautéed Greek-style pork sausage (not spicy but very flavorful) served with lemon wedges.

Falafel
Blended garbanzo & fava beans with herbs & spices, fried crispy & served with tahini sauce & hummus.

Mediterranean Shrimp Skewers                                                                                                         Grilled Shrimp Marinated with lemon, olive oil, garlic and oregano.

Bougiourdi
Feta cheese layered with red peppers and tomato slices broiled with lemon juice, olive oil and oregano.

Bourekakia
Handmade philo pastry rolled into "cigars," stuffed with ground lamb and pine nuts. Served with tzatziki.

Hummus
Chick peas blended with tahini, lemon, Greek olive oil, garlic and herbs. Served with pita bread.

Pita Gemisti
Pita bread filled with spicy minced meat and tomatoes, served with tzatziki

Choice of one (Choice of two if guest count over 125)

Greek  Saláta 
Tomatoes, Cucumber, Onions, Peppers, kalamata olives, topped with feta cheese, olive oil vinegar and oregano.

Olympian
Greek Salad with roasted peppers, artichoke hearts, and hard-boiled egg.

Garden Saláta    
Spring greens, baby spinach, tomato, red onions, cucumbers, dried cranberries, raisins, feta, & candied pecans tossed with walnut raspberry vinaigrette.

Tabouli Saláta
A healthy salad of bulgur wheat, chopped tomato, cucumber, garbanzo bean, and parsley with herbs.

Watermelon and Feta Salad

    Stuffed peppers with ground beef rice and herbs.

Moussaka
Eggplant slices layered with spiced ground meat, topped with béchamel sauce.

Arni Paidakia
Rack of lamb seasoned with Greek herbs and broiled to order.( additional $5.00 per guest)

Pasta Kalamata
Penne pasta topped with light tomato-vegetable sauce, Kalamata olives, artichoke hearts and Feta cheese.

Kota Exohiki
Chicken breast wrapped in filo pastry with artichoke hearts, Feta and Kasseri cheeses.

Chicken With Spanaki & Feta
Pan fried tender chicken breast, stuffed with spinach and feta cheese, sautéed in a white wine and creamy sauce

with artichoke hearts in our egg lemon sauce

served with rice and greek potato
