As the official caterer of the Miami Emerald Society's former St. Patrick's Day Parade and festival, we had the good fortune to become South Florida's leading Irish Chefs. Thousands attended these events and had the opportunity to taste our Irish delights and enjoy our Irish decorating.
Our Miami Dade and Broward St. Patrick day menus make exciting parties with treats that everyone loves. Many of our items feature the Irish whiskeys, ales and liquors in the recipes. Theses menus are hearty and nourishing many with lots of steamed fresh vegetables.
Irish dessert buffets are beautiful and sweet. Leprechauns love these mouth watering treats.
